As fall is quickly coming upon us, it can be hard to find things for the end of summer. Stores are filled with boots, sweaters and puffer vest but helloooooo… it is still almost 100 degrees in Texas! What is a girl going to do with a heavy knit at this time of the year?

The second that I saw this dress from Conversation Pieces I knew that I had to have it. It has a little bit of a fall edge to it but it is still weather appropriate. These pieces are harder to find so when I do, I get as many as I can! Navy is one of my favorite fall colors and this print is super simple.

Gladiators are one of my favorite styles of shoe, I feel like they also second for an accessory because they make such a statement.

I know a lot of people that dread cold weather but I get so excited for it! I love change and the seasons are no exception. Fall fashion has always won the contest over spring fashion in my heart. I love layers and who does not want an excuse to light a pumpkin scented candle?! You do not even want to get me started on coats… I feel like I spend so much time watching them sit in my closet so when I get to bring them out it is like Christmas!
