I hope you are having a great week so far. It is snowing in Houston today – crazy! I am a total winter girl so I am veeeeeeery excited about this. It is so funny when unusual weather happens in Houston, everyone freaks out and everything shuts down.
If you follow me on Instagram then you may have seen yesterday’s Instagram story about how to make ginger juice. Why would you make ginger juice, you ask? Ginger is one of my favorite things to add to my diet. Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, aids in digestion, and it always helps clear out my sinuses. Whenever you are not feeling too hot or simply want to feel your best, ginger is great to incorporate.
