I discovered Lululemon a few years ago and have since created an addiction. Lulu offers a wide range of colors and prints that its competitors are yet to dip their toes into. The material lasts and feels like quality.

I am no fitness junkie and I will admit, I would much rather be cuddled up in my bed, pinning things on Pinterest, than watching the clock go by on the treadmill. With that said, I still think that it is very important to stay healthy and active. Growing up I always tried to get into intense cardio routines and it truly did nothing for me. My body did not react the way I wanted it to and I was not happy doing it either. I praise the people who can last more than 30 minutes on the treadmill, I get so bored! In time I found activities that I love and that are also great exercise! I have always loved adventuring outdoors so whether it be hiking, jogging a mile and a half across campus to class, or simply walking instead of driving to Chipotle (my guilty pleasure), I make sure to get outside at least twice a day. Being outside has many benefits and it will probably be the most relaxing part of your day. Now go enjoy the sun instead of your computer screen!
